Duties
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment on-site
Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and cleaning work areas
Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials
Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently
Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Assist with site setup and breakdown for various projects
Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus but not required
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment is advantageous
Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
