Sunwing has permanent bases across Canada in YYZ,YUL,YQB,YYC,YVR; and further details on positions into these bases will be explained during the interview.   What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:
  • Ensuring that safety is the primary objective by adhering to the Sunwing safety policy and utilizing the appropriate safety reporting program in order to identify and communicate all known hazards and risks to the organization.
  • During the course of duty, Pilots are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Assist with flight planning and any other preparations for flight as required by Company Policies.
  • Conducting flight duties and responsibilities as outlined in the Flight Operations Manual.
  • Monitoring all aspects of flight and noting any safety concerns to the company.
  • Participating in the execution of flight deck in accordance with the Aircraft Flight Manual and /or Company approved procedures.
  • During ground operations, supervising the loading and unloading of the aircraft, fuelling, and the preparation of the load distribution details as required.
  • Maintaining a current medical.
  • Maintaining the ability to reside and work in Canada.
  • Maintaining a current passport.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  
  
  
  What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need:
  • Must have Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License / Frozen ATPL or CPL with IATRA written.
  • Must have a valid Category 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Must have a valid Transport Canada Group 1 Instrument Rating.
  • Must have the ability to hold a valid RAIC.
  • Must be a Canadian Citizen, have a Permanent Resident of Canada or applicable visas.
  • First Officer \xe2\x80\x93 Minimum 2000 hours total time fixed wing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive work ethic and possess a safety above all attitude.
  • No Accidents / Incidents / Violations in last 3 years.

  • Ground School start date \xe2\x80\x93 commencing February 2023, with new classes every Month.

Vos t\xc3\xa2ches :

• Faire de la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 votre priorit\xc3\xa9 absolue en vous soumettant aux r\xc3\xa8gles de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 de Sunwing, et identifier et communiquer \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99organisation les dangers et risques connus en utilisant les programmes de rapport appropri\xc3\xa9s.
• Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, agir en conformit\xc3\xa9 avec les politiques de la compagnie et les r\xc3\xa8gles gouvernementales.
• Aider \xc3\xa0 la planification des vols et \xc3\xa0 toute autre pr\xc3\xa9paration exig\xc3\xa9e par les politiques de l\xe2\x80\x99entreprise.
• Performer des t\xc3\xa2ches et responsabilit\xc3\xa9s en vol telles que d\xc3\xa9crites dans le manuel des op\xc3\xa9rations a\xc3\xa9riennes.
• Surveiller tous les aspects du vol et signaler \xc3\xa0 la compagnie toute pr\xc3\xa9occupation en lien avec la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9.
• Participer \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99op\xc3\xa9ration du poste de pilotage en conformit\xc3\xa9 avec le manuel de vol et toute proc\xc3\xa9dure approuv\xc3\xa9e par la compagnie.
• Superviser, lors des op\xc3\xa9rations au sol, le chargement et d\xc3\xa9chargement de l\xe2\x80\x99avion, le ravitaillement et la pr\xc3\xa9paration des d\xc3\xa9tails de r\xc3\xa9partition du poids tel qu\xe2\x80\x99exig\xc3\xa9.
• Maintenir un bilan de sant\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 jour.
• \xc3\x8atre en mesure de r\xc3\xa9sider et de travailler au Canada.
• D\xc3\xa9tenir un passeport valide.
• Remplir d\xe2\x80\x99autres t\xc3\xa2ches assign\xc3\xa9es.

Votre profil :

• D\xc3\xa9tenir une licence canadienne de pilote de ligne / D\xc3\xa9tenir une licence de pilote de ligne (ATPL) gel\xc3\xa9e ou une licence de pilote professionnelle (CPL) et avoir r\xc3\xa9ussi l\xe2\x80\x99examen IATRA.
• D\xc3\xa9tenir un certificat m\xc3\xa9dical de cat\xc3\xa9gorie 1 valide.
• D\xc3\xa9tenir une qualification de vol aux instruments groupe 1 de Transports Canada valide.
• \xc3\x8atre en mesure de d\xc3\xa9tenir une carte d\xe2\x80\x99identit\xc3\xa9 de zone r\xc3\xa9glement\xc3\xa9e valide.
• \xc3\x8atre citoyen canadien, \xc3\xaatre r\xc3\xa9sident permanent du Canada ou d\xc3\xa9tenir les visas applicables.
• Copilote : 2000 heures de vol minimum d\xe2\x80\x99un avion \xc3\xa0 voilure fixe.
• Excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences interpersonnelles, \xc3\xa9thique de travail positive et attitude pr\xc3\xb4nant la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 en priorit\xc3\xa9.
• Aucun accident, incident ou violation dans les 3 derni\xc3\xa8res ann\xc3\xa9es.

ENVIRONNEMENT ET \xc3\x89TENDUE DU POSTE :

• D\xc3\xa9but de la formation au sol en f\xc3\xa9vrier 2023. De nouveaux cours auront lieu \xc3\xa0 tous les mois.
• \xc3\x8atre dispos\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler selon un horaire variable, incluant les fins de semaine et les vacances.
