Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and professional Pilates or barre Instructor to join our new fitness club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through Pilates/barre classes, ensuring proper technique, and fostering a motivating environment. This role offers an opportunity to help clients improve their physical health and well-being while demonstrating leadership and excellent communication skills.

Pay will be arranged depending on experience, we are very open to negotiating with the right candidate.

Duties

Lead engaging and effective Pilates/barre classes tailored to various skill levels Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safety during all sessions Provide personalized feedback and modifications to accommodate individual needs Maintain a clean and organized studio environment Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages client retention and satisfaction Assist with client onboarding, scheduling, and answering questions related to Pilates/barre programs Promote the studio's services through excellent customer service and communication skills Stay updated on the latest Pilates/barre techniques and industry best practices

Experience

Proven experience as a Pilates/barre instructor or similar fitness teaching role Strong command of English Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients of all ages and skill levels Experience in teaching, with a focus on clear instruction and motivation Excellent time management skills to handle class schedules efficiently Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals Prior experience in customer service is desirable but not mandatory
