Overview

AMFIIT is a growing fitness and wellness company specializing in on-site fitness services for residential communities, corporate offices, hospitals, and schools. We're currently seeking a certified instructor to lead our Flow FIIT class -- a unique blend of Pilates and Yoga -- at our partner locations across Toronto.

This is an exciting opportunity to bring movement, mindfulness, and energy directly to participants in the spaces where they live, work, and gather. We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable instructor who can deliver safe, effective, and engaging classes.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead Flow FIIT group classes (Pilates & Yoga fusion) for residents, employees, or community members at on-site partner locations Provide safe, inclusive, and motivating instruction for participants of all fitness levels Demonstrate proper form, offer modifications, and ensure participant safety Arrive on time, prepared, and professional for all scheduled classes Represent AMFIIT with professionalism and positivity, creating a welcoming class environment Maintain communication with AMFIIT's management team regarding schedules and participant feedback

Requirements

Certification in Yoga, Pilates, or both (having both is an asset) CPR/First Aid certification (required) Must have, or be open to obtaining, liability insurance Previous experience leading group classes (on-site, studio, or community settings preferred) Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse participants Punctual, reliable, and passionate about health and wellness

Nice to Have

Experience working in residential, corporate, or community wellness settings Ability to adapt classes to smaller fitness rooms or larger event spaces Additional certifications in fitness, mindfulness, or specialty formats

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 8 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Work Location: In person
