We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging environment for our clients. As a Pilates Instructor, you will guide participants through effective workouts, ensuring they achieve their fitness goals while promoting overall well-being.

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels. Provide personalized instruction, modifications, and feedback to ensure proper technique and safety. Create and implement class plans that align with the studio's goals and client needs. Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages client participation and community building. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space and equipment. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance your teaching methods. Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and support.

Skills

Proficient in English; proficiency in French or other languages is a plus (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply). Strong teaching abilities with a focus on clear communication and effective instruction. Excellent communication skills that foster positive interactions with clients and colleagues. Exceptional customer service skills to enhance the client experience. Strong time management skills to effectively schedule classes and manage client appointments. Pay: $24.94-$40.00 per hour
