Overview:

Reporting to the Warehouse and Logistics Manager, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker and Packer to join our shipping department. This role is responsible for accurately picking components for orders, labeling packages, and packing completed products for shipment. The position follows a structured daily and weekly schedule and requires a high level of accuracy, consistency, and the ability to work independently.

Primary duties and responsibilities are, but not limited to:

- Pick components and products based on packing slips and work orders
- Apply shipping and product labels accurately
- Pack orders with care to ensure items are secure for transit
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to resolve any discrepancies
- Follow all safety and quality procedures

The Ideal Candidate Must:

- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work autonomously and stay focused throughout the day
- Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping environment is an asset, but not required
- Comfortable working on your feet and handling small components
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Be willing to learn new things

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
