Job Overview:

As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all custom stairs and railings are packed and prepared for safe transport. Your role is vital in maintaining the quality and integrity of our products during the shipping process.

Responsibilities:

• Inspecting finished stairs and railing components for quality assurance before packing.
• Safely and securely packaging products to prevent damage during transport.
• Labeling and organizing packed items according to shipping requirements.
• Collaborating with the production team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintaining a clean and organized packing area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $22.25-$26.10 per hour
