Job Overview:

As a Picker/Packer for our Equipment Rental Company, you will play a critical role in our customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for accurately and safely pulling equipment from our inventory, inspecting it for quality, and packing or preparing it for customer pickup or delivery.

Responsibilities:

Picking & Order Preparation:

Accurately read work orders and pick lists to locate and pull rental equipment, tools, and accessories from warehouse inventory. Inspect all equipment for cleanliness, damage, and proper function before release, following company quality control standards. Assemble complete rental orders, ensuring all components, manuals, and safety equipment are included.
Packing & Staging:

Secure equipment safely for transport using appropriate packing materials, straps, and loading techniques. Accurately tag and label all outgoing orders with customer and rental information.
Returns Processing & Inventory:

Receive, inspect, and process all returned rental equipment for damage, missing parts, or cleanliness issues. Restock returned and serviced equipment to their proper warehouse locations efficiently.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent teamwork and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to follow safety protocols and work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.82-$25.79 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
