Position Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our Belleville, Ontario team. This hands-on role involves shipping, receiving, assembly, and order picking of lubrication equipment and related components. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and a strong team player.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Assemble lubrication equipment using hand tools and written instructions Pick and pack customer orders based on packing slips or work orders Prepare shipments for outbound delivery, including labeling and documentation Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and storage of materials Support general warehouse organization and cleanliness Follow all health and safety protocols and workplace procedures

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience preferred (shipping/receiving, order picking, or assembly) Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Forklift certification is an asset (but not required) Team-oriented with good communication skills
