What You'll Do:

Lead, motivate, and support a team of order pickers and stand-up forklift drivers on the warehouse pick floor Ensure all picking, staging, and other inventory related activities are completed

Monitor workflow and respond to issues quickly to keep operations running smoothly Communicate with dispatch, inventory, and operations teams to coordinate priorities Coach team members and help them grow - you're not just a supervisor, you're a leader!

What You Bring:

Previous experience supervising in a warehouse, logistics, or cold storage setting Strong working knowledge of warehouse systems, safety protocols, and productivity targets Experience with stand-up forklift operations is a plus Solid people management and communication skills Ability to stay cool - literally! - in a cold environment (PPE provided)
