Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and a desire to inspire and engage students of various ages. This role involves developing and delivering curriculum, managing classroom dynamics, and fostering a positive learning environment. The Instructor will work with children, adults, or both, depending on the specific program needs.

Duties

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards. Manage classroom behavior and create a supportive atmosphere conducive to learning. Provide one-on-one tutoring and support to students as needed. Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience. Collaborate with other educators to refine curriculum and share best practices. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment. Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends.

Skills

Strong skills in curriculum development and lesson planning. Proficient in classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies. Experience working with children, including early childhood education or preschool experience. Ability to teach various subjects such as photography, ballet, cooking, dancing, culinary arts, theater, sewing, and special education. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with students of all ages. Background in tutoring or individualized instruction is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles is essential for effectively supporting student growth. This position requires a commitment to fostering an enriching educational experience for all students while promoting their personal growth and development through engaging instruction.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
