Job Description

Willowdale School of Music is looking for a Piano & Voice Teacher (must be able to teach both) to join our teaching team. We thank all applicants for their interest, however only selected applicants will be contacted for an interview.

Lessons will run in-person out of our North York location at 5927 Yonge St (Yonge & Cummer) and online via Zoom.

We are looking to fill the following positions (including but not limited to):

Mondays: 3:30 - 9:00 PM Thursdays: 3:30 - 9:00 PM Wednesdays: 3:30 - 9:00 PM Sundays: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Contract:



Employee status with three months probationary period Pay range is $34 - $37/hour (with 4% holiday pay & EI/CPP/tax remittances)

The successful applicant must:



Have minimum 2 years experience working with students ages 4 and up Be able to teach both piano and voice Have a Bachelors of Music or equivalent degree in their main instrument and proficient in teaching their secondary instrument
The successful candidate will be required to submit a Vulnerable Sector Check at the time of hiring.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $34.00-$37.00 per hour
