Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behaviour. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. Excellent organisational skills to manage lesson planning, classroom activities, and administrative tasks efficiently. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Patience and empathy when dealing with students' individual needs and challenges. Proficiency in using educational technology to enhance learning experiences. A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in students.
