We are pleased to announce that we are hiring for the position of Client Experience Manager at our clinic. This full-time role is an important part of our patient care team and helps ensure a smooth, welcoming, and well-organized experience for all clients.
Position: Client Experience Manager
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:45 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.Lunch: 1-hour lunch break, with 30 minutes paid
Vacation: 3 weeks annually
Salary Range: $22.50-$24.50 per hour, based on experience
Role Overview:The Client Experience Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional service at the front desk, managing daily clinic operations, coordinating patient flow, supporting practitioners, and maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment. This role also includes administrative duties and general support to ensure the clinic runs efficiently.
Applicants must be professional, mature, motivated and possess exceptional people skills and can multi-task and prioritize work based on importance. You must be computer literate with Microsoft Office products and be able to learn clinically relevant computer software for scheduling and billing purposes. Previous experience with Clinicmaster Cloud is beneficial. Previous experience and knowledge of HCAI and Extended Health Care online billing and collections are an asset. Communication is a key and you must be comfortable dealing with patients, insurance companies and other professionals on a daily ongoing basis. Ideal candidate will have experience in a health care setting and knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
