Kaizen Physiotherapy and Pilates continues to grow and we are seeking to hire a part-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be organized, detailed oriented and have positive attitude towards clients and staff.
In addition, you must be able to multi-task as a team members and/or independently. Have passion to help others, being patient, responsible and carrying is considered to be an asset.
Your work main duties includes, general front desk person responsibilities such as greeting/screening clients prior and at the clinic/studio, assist them with their appointment and following scheduling, interacting with team members making sure their schedule is running efficiently, answering income calls and emails plus general administrative daily routine such as processing insurance claims and general billing processing.
Work Experience and Skills required:
Experience with clinical administration/reception in a multidisciplinary clinic settings is preferred.
Strong computer competencies on PC including Microsoft office, quickbooks, Mindbody and jane software
Energetic and able to have fun while working efficiently
Work Schedule:
Part-time 16-25 hours per week with potential to become full-time. The hours are negotiable 2 or 3 afternoon/Evening and Saturday morning

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
