A Full-time Physiotherapy assistant/Administrative Assistant is required for Myers Physiotherapy Clinic. Mainly Monday to Thursday 10-7.
Responsibilities include
Scheduling appointments and adding patients' information using an online scheduling system.
Answering telephone, greeting visitors, receiving routine inquiries in person and by phone.
Calling Insurance companies and doing proper filing
Good communication skills
Must Have
Previous education or work in a health care environment
Experience with a medical or Physiotherapy clinic
Experience in customer service
Experience using relevant programs and online portals: Telus Health, HCAI, Word, Excel
