In this role, you will be a key player in the patient experience, supporting clinical treatments, guiding patients through product solutions like orthotics and bracing, and help them fully understand the path to long-term health. You will help patients stay committed to their wellness goals - by blending education, sales, and care.

Responsibilities

Implement physiotherapy treatment plans for patients, executing active and passive treatment sessions, with the ability to provide progressions and modifications to exercises as required. Help patients stay engaged and committed to their treatment plans, utilizing clinical data reports to facilitate the patient stewardship process. Conduct gait scans, functional movement screens, and product fittings (orthotics, braces, etc.) Educate patients on products and services that support their recovery and long-term wellness. Document all SOAP notes and report any changes to the physiotherapist.

Ideal Background

Clinical sales background, with an ability to motivate and inspire patients. Dynamic and energetic personality with strong interpersonal and consultative sales skills. Excellent knowledge of exercise prescription/supervision. Personal training background is an asset. Experience with medical devices, bracing, compressions and orthotics is an asset. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. A coach's mindset: you're proactive, positive, and solution-focused. You value communication, follow-through, and building patient trust. Ambition to grow into a leadership role in patient experience or operations. Kinesiology Degree is an asset.

Hours

~40 paid hours per week. Some shifts will finish at 8pm. Some 10 hour shifts. Exact hours to be determined. Candidates will be paid for ALL scheduled working hours, not just hours with patient/client.
