, you are an important member of our clinical team. You are responsible for assisting with client scheduling as directed by an Orthotist. As a significant contributor, you are the type of person who will take pride in the thoroughness of your work, organization skills and communication with team members.Opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team of clinicians Strong focus on quality services and client care A culture of continuous learning

Your responsibilities would include:

Assisting orthotist with scheduling clients Communicating details to clients about their appointments Administrative duties, as required Receiving and shipping orthotic devices Ordering prosthetics/orthotics supplies as needed Completing monthly expense report Light tidying of prosthetics/orthotics lab Maintaining inventory of clinical supplies Packing clinic bags for off-site visits

Qualifications:

PTA diploma, Kinesiology student, or CSR work experience will be an asset Previous experience working within a clinic setting Personal, friendly demeanor with excellent relationship-building and organization skills.
