We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapy Assistant to join our healthcare team in at Airport and Bovaird Location. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting physiotherapists in delivering high-quality patient care. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the clinic.

Responsibilities

Assist physiotherapists in implementing treatment plans for patients. Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions. Maintain accurate patient records and files, ensuring confidentiality. Provide front desk support, including scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries. Ensure a clean and organized environment for both staff and patients. Communicate effectively with patients to provide information about their treatment plans.

Requirements

Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with patients and staff. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
