Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. Duties

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to promote recovery Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and health maintenance Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure cohesive patient care Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and medical records Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards within the clinical setting Assist in managing pediatric cases and acute care situations with specialized approaches as needed

Skills

Proven experience working in hospital settings, especially in acute care environments Strong knowledge of pediatric physiotherapy techniques and patient care practices Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to physical therapy and rehabilitation Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Ability to assess complex cases accurately and develop effective treatment plans Compassionate approach with a focus on patient-centered care Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
