Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses by developing personalized treatment plans. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment, providing essential patient care across various settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and pediatric units. Candidates with hospital experience, especially in acute care and pediatrics, are highly preferred. The successful applicant will possess strong knowledge of medical terminology and a commitment to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.

Duties

Assess patients' physical conditions and develop tailored rehabilitation programs Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve mobility and function Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, recovery processes, and home exercise programs Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately in medical records Assist in managing acute care cases by providing immediate therapeutic interventions as needed Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment following healthcare protocols

Skills

Proven experience working in hospital settings, particularly in acute care environments Strong background in pediatrics and patient-centered care approaches Excellent understanding of medical terminology relevant to physical therapy practices Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with patients of all ages and healthcare team members Ability to assess complex cases quickly and develop effective treatment strategies Compassionate attitude with a focus on improving patient quality of life Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and adapt to fast-paced clinical environments
