Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide expert patient care, develop personalized treatment plans, and support patients in recovering mobility and improving their quality of life. This role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation services across various settings, including hospitals and clinics. Candidates with hospital experience, especially in acute care and pediatrics, are highly preferred. The Physiotherapist will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, implementing effective therapies, and educating patients and their families on recovery processes.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to promote healing and restore function. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and health maintenance strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and clinical records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques and medical terminology to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Requirements

Valid license or certification as a licensed Physiotherapist. Prior Rehab experience preferred, especially in acute care or pediatrics settings. Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physical therapy practices. Proven experience in patient care with excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and adapt to diverse patient needs. Compassionate approach with a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
