We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing effective treatment plans to improve patients' mobility and overall well-being. This role requires a strong understanding of patient care, medical terminology, and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment. Experience in hospital settings, acute care, and pediatrics is highly valued. The Physiotherapist will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses through personalized therapy programs.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to promote healing and mobility.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, health maintenance, and post-treatment care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care effectively.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and clinical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all patients during therapy sessions.
Experience
Prior hospital experience is preferred, especially within acute care settings.
Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus.
Strong background in patient care with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physical therapy practices.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Certification as a licensed Physiotherapist is required to practice legally and ethically in the region.
