Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility and overall well-being. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment, providing essential rehabilitative care to diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and those in acute care settings. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with medical staff to deliver high-quality patient care and promote recovery.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and mobility limitations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve function and reduce pain Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, management techniques, and home exercises Document patient treatments, progress notes, and outcomes accurately in medical records Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and medical terminology guidelines

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or related field from an accredited institution Valid licensure or certification as required by local health authorities Hospital experience preferred, especially in acute care or pediatrics settings Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practices Proven experience in patient care with excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment Compassionate approach with a commitment to improving patient outcomes Prior experience working with pediatric populations or in acute care environments is a plus
