What We're Looking For
A
qualified and registered Physiotherapist
in the Province of Ontario with a passion for patient care
Bachelor's or Master's degree
in Physiotherapy
A motivated individual with a strong
interest in business and clinic growth
Someone who is open to

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A team player who values collaboration and innovation
Patient Assessment & Treatment
Conduct
thorough assessments
of patients' physical conditions and medical histories.
Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans
based on patient needs.
Utilize a variety of physiotherapy techniques, including
manual therapy, exercise programs, electrotherapy, and hydrotherapy.
Provide education on
injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and wellness maintenance.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely administrative staff
other healthcare professionals
to ensure integrated care.
Keep accurate and up-to-date
patient records, treatment progress, and reports
.
Educate and guide patients on
self-management techniques
and lifestyle modifications.
Professional Development & Compliance
Stay current with
the latest physiotherapy practices and research
.
Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations, professional standards, and clinic policies
.
Maintain certification, membership and
licensing requirements
as per governing bodies.
Key Skills
Strong knowledge of
anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and rehabilitation principles
.
Excellent
manual therapy skills
and hands-on treatment techniques.
Strong
interpersonal and communication skills
for patient interaction.
Ability to
analyze and develop effective treatment plans
