About Synergy Health Centre, located in Victoria, BC.

The Synergy Health Centre clinic is located in the beautiful Saanich in Victoria and offers a bright, clean, comfortable, friendly setting for our clients with a full rehabilitation gym and several treatment rooms dedicated to providing high-quality care to our clients. The clinic is located near Quadra & McKenzie, along the Galloping Goose bike trail, with ample parking available in front. We pride ourselves as a multidisciplinary team work environment with a specialty in pelvic, vestibular, and concussion health management. Our team is composed of registered physiotherapists, massage therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, kinesiologists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, naturapaths, and our amazing administration staff. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a comprehensive, individualized care that supports recovery and successful return to work and daily function. In addition to working with the concussion programs, you will have the opportunity to participate in other work streams such as FCEs, Community OT services and Veterans Rehabilitation services.

Your impact

As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you'll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people's spirits, meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top-quality, patient-centred care. In this role, you will:

Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes. Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned). Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development. Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow. Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact. Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.

Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia. Professional liability insurance (as required). Exceptional interpersonal skills, communication skills and a patient-first mindset. Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge. Newly licensed graduates are welcome to apply. We will provide the mentorship and coaching you'll need to support your growth every step of the way.
