Schedule: Monday-Friday
Annual Compensation Range:

$87,000.00 - $121,000.00

(Full-Time; based on experience; option to work under a variable pay model, including Fee for Service, is available)

What We're Looking For:

Graduate in Physiotherapy from a recognized university. Registered in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia. Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting and pelvic floor training is a plus. IMS/Dry Needling certification or advanced orthopedic courses are an asset. Newly licensed graduates are welcome to apply! Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Proven ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

Your Role & Impact:

Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on clinical reasoning. Evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care. Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic. Use e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations. Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment. Effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery. Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skill development.
