option to add shifts as caseload grows

About the role
We're a sports-focused rehab clinic serving competitive and recreational athletes. You'll manage a mixed ortho caseload with a
strong emphasis on ACL reconstructions, post-surgical rehab, and sport-specific return-to-play
. New grads with a strong sport background are welcome--structured mentorship is provided.
What you'll do
Assess, diagnose, and treat orthopaedic and sport injuries, with clear progressions from
early post-op
to
on-field return-to-sport
.
Build individualized
exercise programs
tailored to sport demands (strength, power, change of direction, conditioning).
Educate athletes, parents, and coaches on timelines, load management, and injury prevention.
On-field coverage (paid)
opportunities for practices, games, and tournaments.
Document thoroughly and collaborate with the care team (RMT, S&C, coaches, surgeons).
What you bring
Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
Evidence-based ortho skills; confident with
post-surgical
protocols (especially ACL).
Comfort prescribing and progressing
sport-specific exercise
(strength & conditioning literacy).
Interest/experience in
on-field
coverage (or willingness to train).
Evening availability and
one Saturday
(morning/afternoon).
Nice to have: acupuncture/IMS, taping, return-to-run testing, experience as an athlete or working with teams.
