3438 Lougheed Hwy, Vancouver BC - Lifemark OT Consulting is a well-established, highly collaborative centre known for its strength in early concussion and vestibular care. We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist with 3 - 5 years of vestibular experience to join our multidisciplinary team. Our team includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, a physician, counsellor and kinesiologist, supported by dedicated admin staff, all working together within programs that emphasize early assessment, evidence-based concussion management, and safe return to work and daily function. With over 30 years of experience in work conditioning, med-legal services, and functional capacity evaluations, we leverage a large, well-equipped gym and work-simulation tools to achieve exceptional outcomes for WSBC, ICBC, LTD, and private clients. Your impact
As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you'll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people up, meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will:

• Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.

• Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).

• Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.

• Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.

• Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.

• Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.

• Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.

• Professional liability insurance (as required).

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.

• Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.

• 3+ years of outpatient clinic experience.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
