We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses by developing personalized treatment plans. Duties
Assess patients' physical conditions through comprehensive evaluations, including mobility, strength, and pain levels
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and recovery goals
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to facilitate healing and restore function
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercises, and health maintenance strategies
Document patient interactions accurately in medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans
Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques and medical terminology to ensure best practices
Experience
Prior hospital experience is highly desirable, especially within acute care settings
Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus, demonstrating versatility across age groups
Proven track record in patient care, demonstrating empathy and excellent communication skills
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy and healthcare documentation
Previous experience in pediatrics or acute care environments will be considered an advantage
