Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and preventive measures. Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress in accordance with medical standards.

Skills

Proven experience in a hospital setting, particularly in acute care environments. Knowledge of pediatric physiotherapy practices is highly desirable. Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy and patient care. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating empathy and compassion towards patients. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively while ensuring high-quality patient care.
