We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. Duties

Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine individual needs and treatment goals Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on patient assessments and medical history Assist patients with exercises and therapies aimed at improving movement, strength, and function Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, health maintenance, and recovery strategies Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques and industry best practices

Skills

Proven experience in hospital settings with a focus on acute care or pediatrics is highly desirable Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach toward diverse patient populations Ability to assess complex cases accurately and develop effective treatment strategies Effective communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently
