Duties

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals. Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to promote healing and recovery. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation processes, and self-management strategies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with medical standards. Stay updated on advancements in physiotherapy practices and medical terminology relevant to patient care.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. Previous hospital experience is preferred, particularly in acute care settings. Experience working with pediatric patients is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to physiotherapy practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients of diverse backgrounds. A commitment to providing compassionate patient care and achieving positive health outcomes.
