Roles and Expectations

Part-times hours with the opportunity to work towards full-time hours Work and collaborate with a multi-dsiciplinary team including physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, naturopaths, psychotherapists and nutritionists Understand the Art of Mobility System and deliver a "Red Carpet" customer experience Effectively understand the client's condition, medical history, and treatment goals Develop and communicate personalized treatment plans Accurately and in a timely manner document the client's condition and progress Build strong rapport with clients and treat them with the utmost respect Participate in community outreaches to drive new assessments Participate in scheduled 1-on-1 bi-weekly clinical mentorship and monthly team mentorship sessions Keep consistent communication with Clinic Director to determine the level of support and training required to help you grow

Who Are You

Licensed Registered Physiotherapist and in good standing with the affiliated college Suitable and up-to-date liability insurance Flexibility to work day, evening and/or weekend hours Excellent communication abilities and customer service skills Team-oriented and fosters growth and development of the team as a whole

Pay: $100.00-$110.00 per hour
