Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our boutique healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with various injuries and conditions. We are looking for someone who has additional training in Pelvic Health and or Pilates. Our clinic is located in the fashion district and has a Pilates Studio located within the facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge in pre and post natal conditions, pelvic floor therapy, and is comfortable using Pilates techniques/referring rehabilitation clients for rehabilitation Pilates.

This role requires a strong understanding of musculoskeletal, neurological and physiological conditions and the ability to provide exceptional patient care in a private multidisciplinary clinic. The Physiotherapist will work closely with patients of all ages, to develop personalized treatment plans that promote recovery and enhance mobility.

Duties

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and overall physical function. Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and self-care strategies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Stay updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices and techniques.

Requirements

Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. Valid physiotherapy license or certification in the relevant jurisdiction. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to physical therapy practices. Experience in pediatrics is preferred but not mandatory. Certification in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy is preferred by not mandatory. Certification for Pilates training is preferred by not mandatory. Proven ability to provide high-quality patient care in a multidisciplinary private practice. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
