Summary of the Role: Perfect Posture Chiropractic is looking for a skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist
to join our healthcare team. The physiotherapist will play a crucial role in helping our patients restore physical function, improve mobility, and relieve pain. You will assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.

Responsibilities:
Conduct Patient Assessments:
Evaluate patients' physical abilities through detailed assessments to identify issues related to strength, mobility, and posture.
Develop Treatment Plans:
Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient, utilizing various techniques such as exercises, manual therapy, and electrotherapy.
Provide Therapeutic Interventions:
Implement treatment plans and provide ongoing interventions, adjusting as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Monitor Progress:
Track patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to achieve optimal recovery.
Educate Patients:
Provide education to patients and their families about the condition, treatment plan, and strategies for managing symptoms and preventing future injuries.
Collaborate with Healthcare Team:
Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment.
Maintain Accurate Records:
Keep detailed records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Promote Health and Wellness:
Advocate for and educate on preventive care and wellness practices to improve long-term patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
Certification:
Licensed to practice physiotherapy in ONTARIO
Experience:
New grads welcome.
Skills:
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in manual therapy and exercise prescription.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
