Annual Compensation Range:

$87,000.00 - $121,000.00

(Full-Time; based on experience; option to work under a variable pay model, including Fee for Service, is available)

What We're Looking For:




? Graduate in

Physiotherapy

from a recognized university.

?

Registered in good standing

with the

College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia

.

?

Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings

is a plus.

?

IMS/Dry Needling

certification or advanced orthopedic courses are an asset.

?

New graduates

are welcome to apply!

? Excellent

interpersonal communication

skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

? Proven ability to

hit the ground running

with minimal supervision.

Your Role & Impact:




Develop and execute individualized treatment plans

based on clinical reasoning.

Evaluate client progress

and drive quality improvement in patient care.

Collaborate with other

rehabilitation professionals

at the clinic.

Use

e-charting software

to document treatment sessions and recommendations.

Manage a

diverse caseload

in a fast-paced environment.

Effectively communicate

with stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery.

Engage in

continuous learning, mentorship, and skill development
