We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and mobility limitations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history
Assist patients with exercises and therapeutic activities to restore movement and reduce pain
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, health maintenance, and post-treatment care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and clinical records
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and medical terminology standards
Experience
Prior experience working in a hospital setting is highly preferred
Experience in acute care environments demonstrating ability to handle complex cases
Pediatric experience is a strong plus for working with children requiring specialized therapy
Proven ability to deliver high-quality patient care in fast-paced clinical settings
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice is essential
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team are required
