Position Overview:

We are seeking a

compassionate, skilled, and motivated Physiotherapist (PT)

to join our team. This is an

independent contractor role

with flexible scheduling and competitive compensation. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a calm, healing environment, values client care, and is interested in

collaborating with other wellness professionals

to provide integrated, high-quality care to clients.

Responsibilities:

Assess and treat clients with musculoskeletal, postural, or sports-related concerns Design and implement individualized treatment plans, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and movement education Maintain accurate client records and adhere to professional standards Collaborate with other therapists and wellness professionals in the clinic to enhance client outcomes Maintain a clean, calm, and professional treatment environment

Qualifications (must-have):

Registered Physiotherapist in Ontario -- valid

College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO) registration

Professional liability insurance CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Excellent communication, client care, and organizational skills 1+ year clinical experience preferred but not required Interest in

collaborative, multidisciplinary care

Compensation & Benefits:

Revenue split:

60-70% of treatment fee per session

Hours & Schedule:

Part-time / flexible independent contractor shifts available Option to book afternoons, evenings, or weekends Build your schedule in alignment with clinic availability
