Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients achieve their recovery goals and thrive in a collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, supported by a full range of equipment and a team that values professional growth and a patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions.

- Develop and implement customized treatment plans.

- Provide manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and various physiotherapy modalities.

- Educate patients on injury prevention, post-treatment care, and wellness strategies.

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records.

- Collaborate with other health professionals within the clinic to deliver holistic care.

- Stay informed about the latest physiotherapy practices and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC).

- Preference of 1 year of clinical experience (new graduates welcome to apply).

- Other specialized skills and qualifications such as manual therapy, acupuncture, IMS, vestibular etc preferred but not required.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- A proactive and empathetic approach to patient care.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
