Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments to accurately diagnose patients' physical conditions
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs - Administer hands-on therapy, exercises, and techniques to enhance patients' mobility and function
- Regularly monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as required
- Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and injury prevention strategies
- Collaborate efficiently with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain up-to-date and detailed patient records to monitor progress and treatment outcomes

Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field
- Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist
- Proven experience in healthcare settings, preferably in hospitals or acute care facilities
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
