Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and a commitment to improving the quality of life for patients through rehabilitation and therapeutic practices. This role involves working in a dynamic environment, providing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Duties

Patient assessment and diagnosis (musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory conditions) Designing and implementing individualized treatment/rehabilitation plans Manual therapy techniques (mobilization, manipulation, soft tissue release) Therapeutic exercise prescription and progression Pain management strategies Knowledge of modalities (ultrasound, TENS, IFC, shockwave, etc.) Post-operative rehabilitation Injury prevention and return-to-play protocols

Qualifications:

Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent, clear communication skills - written and verbal Committed to providing quality care; helping people with physical disabilities and injuries

Additional desired qualifications

:

Sports taping Familiar with principles of chronic pain management Soft-tissue procedures

Compensation

This is a split-fee position. Practitioners are paid based on a percentage split of each service provided, rather than an hourly wage or salary.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1.00-$3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
