Ottawa Health, Performance & Rehabilitation (OHPR) is a multidisciplinary health clinic dedicated to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care. We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Registered Physiotherapist

to join our collaborative clinical team on a part-time basis.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to our diverse patient population, work alongside nurse practitioners, chiropractors, rehabilitation specialists, and wellness providers, and contribute to the clinic's mission of improving health outcomes through professional excellence and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities



Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, treatments, and exercise prescriptions in accordance with College of Physiotherapists of Ontario standards. Develop individualized care plans focused on functional improvement, pain reduction, and performance optimization. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the clinic's EMR (Jane App). Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless patient care and exceptional service quality. Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and lifestyle optimization. Participate in clinic initiatives to enhance patient engagement, retention, and service growth. Follow clinic scheduling, documentation, and reporting protocols as established by OHPR. Maintain a professional and positive presence within the clinic and community, representing OHPR's values and commitment to high standards of care.

Compensation & Benefits



Hourly Rate:

$45/hour for 24 hours per week (approx. $54,000 annual base salary).

Performance Bonus:

10% of all collected billings exceeding $100,000 annually 15% of all collected billings exceeding $150,000 annually

Qualifications



Licensed and in good standing with the

College of Physiotherapists of Ontario

. Minimum of 3 year of clinical experience. Must be fully licensed to work independently Demonstrated competence in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Work Environment



Fully equipped, modern treatment rooms and gym space. Administrative and scheduling support provided by OHPR staff. Non-exclusive clinic model: collaboration with other regulated professionals in chiropractic, rehabilitation, and performance health. Low volume clinic of 2-3 patients / hour
