About Kefi Wellness Centre

Kefi Wellness Centre is a modern, evidence-based clinic in Oakville where physiotherapists team up with massage therapists, chiropractors, chiropodists and acupuncturists to give every patient one cohesive plan for pain-free movement.

Our updated space features private treatment rooms, a bright rehab gym, and advanced tools--ultrasound, cold laser, IFC and shock-wave therapy--to speed recovery and keep Oakville active.

Job Duties

Assess patients' physical abilities through evaluative procedures Diagnose patient problems or conditions Establish treatment goals with patients and develop a treatment plan Evaluate effectiveness of plans and modify as needed Provide advice on exercises and at-home strategies Liaise with referring physicians and other health professionals Treat using manual therapy, ultrasound, IFC, and shockwave therapy Maintain clinical & statistical records; confer with care team Keep accurate, up-to-date notes on progress Advise on healthy lifestyle choices Keep patients, families or caregivers informed of programmes and progress Provide consulting or education services as needed Comply with all applicable regulations

Requirements

Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, in good standing

Current liability insurance

Proficient in manual therapy Additional modalities (cupping, acupuncture) an asset Ability to operate IFC, ultrasound, cold laser and shockwave equipment an asset Excellent interpersonal, communication and active-listening skills Strong record-keeping and organizational abilities Experience with Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) rehabilitation protocols and related OCF documentation is a strong asset. Familiarity with measuring, fitting and prescribing medical compression stockings is also considered an advantage.

Availability for evening shifts and preferably weekend shifts

Pay: $55.00-$110.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
