We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team, with a primary focus on post-surgical patients. This role emphasizes supporting patients through same-day discharge pathways, while also providing care for inpatient orthopaedic and general surgery populations. Additionally, the successful candidate will work with off-service Medicine patients, contributing to a collaborative, patient-centered care environment.
Qualifications

  • B.Sc.PT or MSc PT
  • Licensed with the College of Physiotherapy
  • Minimum of one year experience working in an acute hospital setting
  • Demonstrated experience working with medicine and surgical patient populations
  • Demonstrated experience in managing Post-op Orthopaedic patient populations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to interact effectively with an interprofessional team
  • Must be flexible and show an ability to work independently and/or collaboratively with all team members
  • Physically able to manage a moderately heavy job
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Satisfactory attendance and employment record
Additional Information
Hours: Monday to Sunday, 7.5 hour day/evening shift, 1200 - 2000 (Hours are subject to change based on operational requirements)
Salary: $40.011 to $56.425 per hour
