Overview

Refined Rehab is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Physiotherapist (PT) to join our growing team. We are located in a busy medical building with family physicians, diagnostic lab and blood lab. Steady flow of patients will be provided from referrals from medical doctors and chiropractors. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, committed to clinical excellence, and eager to contribute to a supportive, interdisciplinary environment. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-informed physiotherapy interventions. You will collaborate closely with our chiropractors, massage therapists, and administrative team to ensure each patient receives exceptional, coordinated care.

Duties

Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized physiotherapy treatment plans Deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modality-based treatments Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and wellness practices Communicate effectively with patients, families, and fellow healthcare providers Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant patient records Contribute to ongoing evaluation and improvement of clinical processes and patient outcomes Participate actively in a collaborative, interdisciplinary model of care

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal, sports, or neurological physiotherapy Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
