Role Overview

We are hiring a Mobile Physiotherapist to travel to patients' homes and provide assessments and treatments that support mobility, recovery, and independence. You will travel to patients' homes within Markham, Scarborough, and North York.

Responsibilities

Travel to patients' homes for physiotherapy assessments and treatments Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans Provide manual therapy, exercise prescription, and functional rehab
(All required equipment provided)

Educate patients and families on mobility, home safety, and injury prevention Document patient progress according to College and clinic standards Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed

Requirements

Active College of Physiotherapists of Ontario membership (required*)
Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable vehicle (required*)
Strong communication and professionalism Ability to work independently and adapt to different home environments Compassionate, patient-focused approach Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes to patient homes
