Job Title: Physiotherapist locum

Job Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist to

temporarily fill the position

while our current physiotherapist is away from

November 3 to December 4, 2025

.As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch patient care within a hospital environment, focusing on pediatrics, acute care, and utilizing your expertise in medical terminology to deliver personalized treatment programs.

Duties:

- Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' physical conditions and establish treatment objectives.

- Develop customized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.

- Administer hands-on therapy, exercises, and techniques to enhance mobility and alleviate pain.

- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercise routines and preventive measures.

- Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and progress.

Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.

- Possess a valid state licensure as a Physiotherapist.

- Proficient in medical terminology with the ability to apply it effectively in practice.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to communicate efficiently with patients, families, and colleagues.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience working with diverse patient populations.

- Specialized certifications in areas like Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy/Vestibular Physiotherapy
