We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses by developing personalized treatment plans. Duties
Assess patients' physical conditions through comprehensive evaluations and medical history reviews
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, and functional ability
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities tailored to patient needs
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, management techniques, and home exercise programs
Document patient interactions accurately in medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology and advancements in physiotherapy practices
Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all patients during therapy sessions
Qualifications
Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
Valid license or registration to practice as a Physiotherapist in the respective region
Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice
Proven experience in patient care with excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
