What you will need to be successful

Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario Ability to travel from home to home within the community-

a valid driver's license, vehicle and car insurance is required

A commitment to person and family-centered care Passion, empathy, and critical thinking in client decision-making Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team while working independently A deep appreciation for the role of a therapist in keeping clients at home when it aligns with their personal goals
